All sales are FINAL on clearance and sale items. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we are pleased to accommodate exchanges for a new bundle within 7 days of receipt of purchase. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on LACE CLOSURES and LACE FRONTALS. You are responsible to pay any difference in price of the new items and for all shipping fees in advance unless we are in error. If the price difference is less, we will issue a store credit. If your purchased included a promotional product, that product must be sent back as well in order to receive the store credit or the hair will be mailed back to you. We will make the final determination if the items qualify for an exchange. All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for an exchange. Hair must be in the same state that you received it with the original ties intact, unused, no chemicals, no dye, brushed or combed, unraveled, shampooed, cutting of the hair or weft, etc. No exceptions will be made for sanitation purposes. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

Exchange Items that are received after 7 days of receipt of purchase will be disqualified. No exceptions will be made. We go by the date stamped on the package by the postal carrier.  We suggest you use a postal carrier that will allow you to track the package. We will not be responsible for lost packages you have mailed. Exchange requests that are approved will be processed within 4 business days.
